    answer:

    1. A System Requirements Specification (SRS) (also known as a Software Requirements Specification) is a document or set of documentation that describes the features and behavior of a system or software application.

    2. When the computer uses up all available RAM it has to start using the hard drive to cache data, which is much slower. The constant transfer of data between RAM and virtual memory (hard drive memory) slows a computer down considerably. The biggest factor in your computer's performance is the hard disk speed.

In my point of view, System specification means the operating system and its properties together with hardware details of the computer that I am using.

Operating System is a type of system software inside the computer. A user cannot operate a computer without installing an operating system first. System specifications describes everything about the Operating System like :

its bits (32 bit and 64-bit), OS version, OS manufacturer, Processor Model & Core (i5, i7, i9, which would help you determine the speed of the CPU), Installed RAM (4GB, 8GB, for additional speed);and even your OS product key.

Software applications and hardware that you would like to install in your system must be compatible with your OS and system specification for you to expect the best performance.

For the hardware part, you can view all the types of hardware attached and installed in your computer by viewing the Device manager which would tell the capacity of your computer parts. From there, you may have an idea if the software or other hardware that you would like to add in your computer will work. It is also a part of system specification.
