    1.You must care your skin

    •Wash your face at least three times a day

    •Wash your face using lukewarm water in the morning, afternoon and during evening using mild cleanser

    •Change your pillowcases at least once a week

    •Limit intake of chocolate and greasy foods

    •Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
