Healthy in my personal understanding is having a body that is strong and have a lower chance of getting sick. The body is rich with vitamins and the organs are working perfectly fine. Not only does it refer to your physical but it can also refer to your mental health as well. A healthy person can be seen as a happy and energetic person.
