    x I don’t have enough money to buy nutritious meals. No, because the innutritious meal is expensive than nutritious meal especially here in our town. The vegetable here is affordable and fresh because there is a market every Monday and Thursday. The innutritious food especially the corn beef, noodle, hot dog aside from expensive, it brings disease to our body.  

    There are health practices to prevent disease due to poor hygiene

    1.Wash hands thoroughly with soap and flowing clean water before preparing food immediately.

    2.Always rinse vegetables and fruits thoroughly with clean water before cutting, eating or cooking them.

    3.Wash cutting boards and utensils used on raw meat and poultry before using them on other food.  

    4.  Thaw frozen poultry completely before cooking to ensure that it is cooked well.

    5.Store leftovers in the refrigerator and picnic food in coolers. Store raw food separately from cooked food.  

    6.Wash hands frequently with flowing water and soap.

    7.Boil water for drinking.

    8.Cover food properly to avoid contamination by flies and other insects.

    9.  Avoid buying food prepared and sold under unsanitary conditions.

    10.Cook food well.

    11.Dispose trash properly to prevent water- borne and air- borne diseases,.

    /, I eat my meals hurriedly to catch up with my classes. Yes, because my time is limited, sometimes I wake up in the late morning “ 6: 30 am so that I need to hurried my breakfast.     Subject: Health     X, I am afraid of eating too much so I often skip breakfast, no I am not afraid because I feel dizzy when I cannot eat breakfast. The lecture of teacher didn’t sink  in my mind because of hunger.  There are health practices to prevent disease due to poor hygiene

    x I am not fond of milk; I prefer softdrinks. No, in my habit I drink one cup of milk of every morning to swelter my stomach. In our present time the price of softdrinks is higher than  the price of milk, aside from that, soft drinks is the number one cause of UTI.  

    Here are the benefits of milk

    1.Rich in calcium, it helps to build our healthy bones and teeth and also maintains our bone mass.

    2.Rich in protein, it serves as source of energy that needs of our body. In addition, it builds and repairs  our muscle tissue.  

    3.Rich in potassium, it helps to maintain our healthy blood pressure

    4.Phosphorus, it helps to strengthen bones and generate energy.  

    5.It rich also in Vitamin d and vitamin b 12 that maintain healthy red blood cells and our nerve tissue.  

    6.If you drink milk  your skin become smoother.  

    7.It aids in the prevention of illnesses such as hypertension, dental decay and dehydration, respiratory problems, obesity, osteoporosis, and some of cancers.  

    8.It prevent a number of chronic ailments.
