It depends on what needs to be estimated but we will focus on maternal health for this question

    Explanation:

The Philippines by 2015 had one of the largest maternal death in the world which was estimated to be at 162/100,000. This means that our of 100,000 women who are pregnant or giving birth, 162 would die due to preventable causes. This speaks for a very poor health care system and poor population knowledge.

SDG aims to reduce the said numbers to less than 70 per 100,000. At this point our latest data as of 2017 say that we are at around 100 per 100,000. This represents a 62-point drop but still way below the target. At this rate, we could predict that by 2019 we would still be at more than 80 deaths per 100,000.

This means that the country needs to step up on two fronts: health care and patient education. Women need to know that they have to take care of their own health and that being monitored by a health professional during pregnancy is a must. Health insurance is also a must.
