    The right amount of exercise per week differs from individual to individual. An example of this is beginners/starters will start out in a shorter amount of time.

    For Maintenance

    The goal is to at least have 30mins of moderate physical activities every day. Samples of moderate physical activities are: brisk walking, swimming and mowing the lawn.

    For losing weight

    About three to five workouts per week, meaning, three to five hours of physical exercise can produce good results.

    A normal person must eat at least  2,000 calories everyday in order to maintain the ideal weight. However, calorie intakes depends on a person's age, gender and, physical activity levels.
