    In Sportsfest they have competitions like in games, sports, and then they have prizes to whoever wins. We already had Sportsfest this year and it's actually  fun. Sportsfest is more on team work you have to help each other to win. This is important because it strengthens our unity and trust with each other. It is also good for our body because there are many challenges and it gains us joyfulness, it brings us happiness and memories.

    The opposite movement of flexion is called extension.

    To differentiate the two properly, let's define flexion first.

    Flexion - it is the bending movement that decreases the angle on a certain joint. For example, if you try to lift your forearm so that your fingers meet your shoulder, that is flexion. Notice that you reduce the angle on the inner side of your elbow.

    Now that you know flexion, let's go to extension. Extension is the stretching movement that gradually increases the angle on a certain joint, until it reaches its maximum limit of stretching. For example, you bring down your hand from your shoulders. You will notice that you increase the angle on the inner side of your elbow. This is called extension.
