"what is the widely accepted planet theory but proven to be wrong? "
> there are many widely accepted planet theories that are proven wrong but can be biased. you can choose which one you want to have.geocentric theory - this theory states that the earth was located at the center of the universe. this theory was made obsolete by nicolaus copernicus who stated that the sun was actually in the center of the solar system.hollow earth theory - this one suggested that there is a substantial amount of hollowness in the center of the earth, enough for the continents above to still rise. however, this theory hasn't been proven wrong as of now, or has it? flat earth theory - we all know this theory by now, this theory represents that earth is actually flat. they do somewhat make sense but also make nonsensical accusations. just as the hollow earth theory could be proven wrong or not, this one could be wrong or right.
note: it is in your point of view whether or not you want to see if this or that theory is wrong, just as the word 'theory' suggests, it's only an opinion, which also means that it can neither be wrong nor correct. it's your decision to believe if it is wrong or not through your understandings.
