    Ingredients

    2 pcs. sayote

    1/4 kilo chicken  thigh meat

    1 garlic peeled and sliced thinly

    1 onion

    1 tomato

    1 tsp. salt

    1/4 cup water

    1/4 tsp sugar

    2 tbsp cooking Oil

    1 tsp pepper

    How to cook:

    1. Heat oil and  saute the  onion, garlic, and tomato and chicken thigh

    2. Add water , boil at least 5 minutes

    3.  add salt, sugar and oyster sauce

    4. serve
